Ink Cartridge Problem: The following Ink Cartridge(s) must be replaced. (colorInk).

This HP Envy 4504 has been a reliable printer until now. It uses the 61 Cartridges.

This is now working on single ink mode with the tri-colour cartridge. I have purchased new replacement black Ink cartridges ( tried this twice) to fix the problem, thinking this would solve the issues,but no. I have cleaned the contacts etc...a described in a nother post. The probelm still continues. Very annoyed, as with the money spent on buying the cartrigdes I almost could have bought a new printer.

Does anyone have a suggestion

If you have tried with 2 new ink cartridge and also perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
