My printer is displaying an error message when I go to print saying "Ink Cartridge Problem." When I investigated further both ink cartridges seem to have the same error in the printer. I've tried updating the printer, unplugging and replacing the cartridge but nothing works. Appreciate any help. Thank you.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
