Ink Cartridge error after replacing cartridges

Officejet 4632

I have replaced both Ink cartridges on my printer. The display now shows "Ink Cartridge Problem. The following Ink Cartridges must be replaced". I have done the disconnect from power source, reset option but the message still appears.

Any other suggestions please?

@cov1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I see that the printer is in error state, this could be an issue with the printer ink system or the ink cartridge.

 

I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document  HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge to isolate the issue further.
