Ink Cartridge not recognized

HP Officejet Pro 8625

I installed all new cartridges, they are all installed fine, the yellow one is not recognized.  The message it returns is " Cartridge problems, Until cartridges are installed make sure the printer in turned on to avoid damage to the printer." 

When i put the old one the printer works fine, but it does say that the ink on the old cartridge is low.

This sure is an issue with the ink cartridge. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/cartridge replacement
