Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

soI was getting a "Ink System Failure" after replacing all the ink cartridges in my printer.  I have replaced them with HP brand cartridges.  Anyone else had this issue and how did you solve it?  I have powered down my printer (taking power cord out for 60 secs and powered it back up) and removed and reinstalled the ink cartridges, but the message is still there.  Help!

Have you tried these steps yet? 

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
