I have an HP Photosmart B110 series printer. I am getting an Ink System Failure message - Oxc19a0003. I have replaced the cartridges. Still the same error. I have followed the diagnostics sheet - switched on and odd, cleared the vent holes etc. Still the same error.

@Betty111 Greetings from the HP Community!
I have a few steps that should help resolve the issue:
Step 1: Reset the printer
Resetting the printer might clear the error message.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Turn the printer on.
If the error message persists, continue to the next step.
