I am getting Ink system failure message. Tried hard reboot. Will it help if I clean the printer head?  If so, how do I do that?

Hello, 

 

Most of the time Re-seating the printhead should resolve the issue. Below is the link to troubleshooting document that thsould help you.

I have done a rad reboot, taken the print driver out and reseated it, left it out overnight and some of the ink drained. Can I clean it some other way?
