Product: Officejet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

i moved to mexico and bought cartridges down here 950z30 .replaced all of them and got ahold of hp for a regionalization reset.we went threw it and the cartridges changed on my computer ink supply page but my printer still recognises the cartridges as un compatable. Hp must be in bussness with the mental health field becouse im about to loos my mind . been working on this for a month and still no printer.

When the region reset was performed was it successful?
