We have 5 HP 8610 Inkjet printers. Right now 4 of them use z10 cartridges, but for the other one, only z20 cartridges will work. This has been kind of a mess because of confusion when ordering cartridges, and because some staff get confused and grab the wrong cartridges, etc. Is there a way to set the 5th printer up to use the z10 cartridges instead?

Please contact HP Support in the US to perform pen regionalization, as you are located in the US you should use Z10 cartridges.
Have a full set of genuine Z10 cartridges ready for the printer who currently uses Z20 and then contact HP support
Clearly explain that you would need a region reset, and located in the USA.
