I installed new 63xl black ink cartridge that I bought from WalMart, but printer would still not print black ink. Tried several different days of trouble shooting. Nothing worked. I finally bought another ink cartridge last night. Installed the most recently purchased ink cartridge and it printed without issue immediately. During my hours of troubleshooting, I saw that HP will provide replacement or refund as long as product is within expiration date. However, it seems impossible to find out how to initiate this process. Can you please help??

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
