I used black ink cartridge filled from Costco.
Recently I got message that printer updates are available and I let it update. Since then I can not print and get message that there is ink cartridge problem. I have removed and re installed the cartridge but message comes back and I cannot print.
There was no problem till these updates. Do these updates force me to use the original cartridges only?
What can I do to print? OR
How to Undo these updates and go back to original ?

If you have update on printer firmware, yes forced to you due to you have use non-genuine ink cartridges...now you need to replace new ink cartridges....after that you may use again in previous type. .
