I enrolled in the HP instant ink a few months ago and after receiving my cartridges i did a little printing but then did'nt print anything for a couple mnths. I recently tried to use my printer again but i get an error on the tri-colour..i have done all the cleaning steps numerous times to no avail,my firmware is up to date and the printer or cartridge has not been damaged..my android app is telling me that there is a fault when i try to use the HP App..Do i now have to buy a cartridge to find out if the cartridge HP sent me has a fault?Or will i get sent one through the instant ink program?I'm confused as to what i should do at the moment

I understand that you have an HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One and is enrolled for the instant ink program. I read that the printing was not performed a few months and now receive an error on the tri-color cartridge. You have been fabulous to work with considering your superb technical skills and valuable patience. Kudos to you for that. You have done a remarkable job in troubleshooting this issue.
If the printer is left unused for a such a long time then there are chances that the ink may have dried out in the ink cartridges.
Secondly, since instant ink account details are confidential, I have sent you a private message asking you for your instant ink account details.

Thanks for the reply,i have sent pm to u regarding account...i forgot to add that last month i actually managed to get it to print a few things..if i set up a print job then turned my printer off then back on with a print queue..it completed the job...but then went straight to the error when finishing...but now...nothing
