I have an HP envy 5664 printer that has been give me an “ink cartridge problem” message for the last couple months. It is saying “remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridges, making sure it is correctly installed” I have removed them and reinstalled them, bought new cartridges, followed the steps on the website trying to fix it. Anyone have any ideas or ways to fix it?
