Ink cartridge issue

HP OfficeJet 4650
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

The printer is sayng that there is an issue with the tri-color cartridge. I didn't have touch it, so I can't understand what has changed.

Anyway, I cleaned up the cartridge and put it again, but the issue still remains.

I haven't another cartridge to put in, and the system says that until the issue will not be solved, they will not send me another cartridge.

I can't print and I'm stuck in this situation.

What can I do?
