Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Hi everyone. I am new to this. So without having to buy a new printer, can someone help me figure out how to get ONE color to work? I have taken it to a printer shop to get it fixed and they couldn't do it. They said that the ink is clogged on the dispenser. I took it back home and youtube it. One guy suggested I get a printer ink cleaner and clean the color dispenser with the lotion. I did it now for three days and it doesn't seem to work. Has someone had this issue? If so, How did you get it to work?

TIA

Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

Kindly perform the steps 2 and 9 from this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Once done, you may try printing a print quality report or make a copy on the printer to check.

Let me know how this goes.
