Ink jets not work properly

HP OfficeJet Pro 6960
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The blue ink jet doesn't work.  The pink and yellow work sometimes, if there is nothing blue in the picture on the card.  I have ran everything through on the printer, cleaning, aligning, smear cleaning.  Nothing helps.  I bought a new blue inkjet 902XL and it still does the same thing.  Any help????

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
