Ink mishap

I put a genuine HP ink cartridge in recently.  The printer would not print. After taking a look in the printer I found the new ink cartridge has leaked all over.  I'm looking for the best solution on how to clean this up.  Realistically, will I be able to get this printer to work again.

The ink leakage is not normal in any printer and this is considered to be a hardware issue that requires servicing of the printer.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
