I have an HP OfficeJet 6600 and have recently replaced all of the ink cartridges so supply level is full.  The magenta ink is printing as green. I have cleaned the printer heads and aligned them...still not printing correctly. It is possible that my printer was turned off without an ink cartridge installed. Has this damaged the printer head? I’m out of solutions...can anyone recommend anything else?
Thanks

Hello,

I'd suggest you to try the CLEAN PRINT-HEAD routine from the front panel of the printer for at least 3 times .

If issue still persists, the printer need to be serviced/replaced as the print head in it is a fixed part.

My suggestion would be to go for a new printer.
