Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2136
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. My printer won't accept new Tri-colour but new black and odl Tri-colour works fine. Always say's 'incompatible' Tri-colour. I returned my old Tri-colour and all is good. I'm using 652 colour for HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2136. How it's possible he can't accept. How to resolve this problem, please hepl me!
