I'm regretting signing up for Instant Ink now after paying 50 page plan for 2 years I've recieved no replacement cartridges and now the cartridge is printing wrong colors.
I came to HP website to get help but got a brick wall. Is there any way to get in touch with somebody at HP who can deal with an account problem without making me jump through hoops?
Because right now it feels like theft or fraud.
