Instant Ink cartridge problem

I need help with my printer.  I already did the troubleshooting, cleaned cartridge heads, replaced with brand new ink, updated printer drivers.  I still get cartridge problem message for all 4 colors. What do I do?

  • What model printer are you using?
  • If you have tried the troubleshooting steps and the error persists with all 4 ink cartridges, this could be a hardware issue with the printer.

Please contact the HP Instant Ink team in your region for further assistance or service options.
