I have a photo smart 8250 has same message , need to know how to by pass to use the printer . Do you find and solution yet ?

@Reneewoo1 I'm afraid this device is obsolete and the reset options to bypass the setup/introductory cartridges are unavailable, you are better off getting an upgrade instead, and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

 

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

 

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

Oh, no , it was one of my favorite printer ! I do not know why the HP have to make it so complicated!

 

so , it any way I can by pass just to use only color ? Also , I have another 8250, says the inkjet cradle is stuck ! I guess it is goner too !! And another one the black ink won’t work !! I save all of them just in case they will come back in life to me ! Any suggestions?
