Product: HP- ENVY 5020 Wireless All in One Inkjet Printer
Operating System: iOS

I just purchased a HP ENVY 5020. I was wondering if the iron-on transfer paper is compatible with it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

According to the printer specifications and the user guide, the Iron-on transfer papers are not supported on this model printer.

 

This is an inkjet printer.  

HP iron-on transfers for inkjet printers cannot be used with LaserJet printers, or with copy machines and inkjet printers that have a heating element. These products can melt the transfer and cause damage to the hardware.
