Hey! Just got a new HP Office Jet 8010 Series, i have started installing and at the last stage (when it should print he alignment page), it says to remove jammed paper and won't proceed. I'm stuck!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the paper jam issue. 

 

Have you removed all the packing material from the printer?
