May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Just changed color ink cartridge = ink shows full for all 3 colors - cannot print colors - always pr

HP Deskjet 2600

The HP web apps show full for colors and identify them as refilled original HP cartridges

I reset printer to original settings and reinstalled the network

At one suggestion I turned cartridge protection yo off (it was already off)

The printer does not copy in color - just black

The printer was just printing black but now is printing nothing - just delivers a blank page

Any help would be apprediated

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
