Product: OfficeJet 5230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing labels (eg Avery L7160), although the print preview looks OK, the labels on the actual print do not spread equally down the page.   The address on the top row of labels is in the correct place but the address on the second row is displaced slightly upwards and this effect increases for each row of labels.   This means that only 6 of the possible 21 labels are usable. I HAVE CHECKED ON A PLAIN SHEET OF PAPER AND THE SAME ERROR OCCURS, SO IT IS NOT THE PAPER SLIPPING.

Any ideas?

Do you use Avery TEMPLATES to create labels ?
