Product: Officejet 5741

Officejet 5741 randomly stopped working from pc via wireless and ethernet connection.  Printing from phone still works.  Attempting to use the Troubleshooting HP Printer Software program. Currently on Solution 2 for wired connection, step b.  The "Click here to open the Microsoft support solution" link is nonfunctional.  It goes to a dead hp.com page that times out.  

 

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Set a static IP address on the printer.

I receive the red circle with white x and "An error has occurred." message when I click the Set Static IP Address button.
