HP Deskject Ink Advantage 3635

Hello,

I forgot the EWS administration password of my printer and I don't know how to reset that configuration. All I have done is a network reset (soft reset?) but when I tried to access "EWS" I get locked out.

Welcome to HP support community.

Perform a network reset in the printer

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.

I have done that, but I cannot access EWS. Does this resets also the EWS admin password? Which is the default password?
