Hello, we never set an admin password now suddenly there's one on there! And we can't get in to fix new network settings to print. Please help us reset/remove the admin password on our HP Officejet Pro 8620. Using Windows 10. We can't do a restore either because it says it's "the feature has been locked by your administrator or the person who set up the printer", which is what it says on any of the set up options. Thank you.
