Hi: My HP4620 no longer prints black; I have tried everything and wasted a ton of time trying to repair it. I now need info on how to get reimbursed or exchange my 564xl cartridges otherwise I will be considering a different manufacturer. I take really good care of my stuff and this printer just stopped working for no reason. Pretty frustrating and wasteful now that I have to throw all this plastic and other material in a landfill since I can't get a simple thing to work again.
I hope you get this message soon--I need a printer ASAP.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
