Hi, thank you for your help. I am operating on Windows 10. For the past 2 days, whenever I try to print anything I get the message: " There is a problem with the printer or inkj system. Turn printer off, then on, if problem persists, connect HP." I turned the printer off and then back on but it still doesn't work.
