hi there, I've exactly the same issue than on this topic (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/Blue-error-screen-and-code-B8AD7586/m-p/7296218#M82851...) No replies at this time.

I am not able to print, I keep seeing a blue error screen and the code B8AD7586. After the printer was switched off and on again  I was able to print 1 test page but then the blue screen reappeared and no further print jobs were possible (just stuck in a queue). Upon switching the printer off and on again I got a message saying it had been switched off but not following the correct process. It looked like the printer was warming up and then when I tried to print something from preview the blue screen reappeared.

Please help, thanks!
