Magenta not printing

DeskJet Ink Advantage 5075
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)



my new printer don't print magenta colour. Cartidges are 80 % full, driver reinstaled, the steps that should solve the problem taken (HP help), ...

In the device there are cartridges that were in the package with the device (HP original). I'm using USB cable .

Is there a posibility, that the new colour cartridge is faulty?
