Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

 I keep getting the message "Missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed printhead." I have followed all of the instructions online to try to fix it but nothing works. I have unplugged the printer, unseated the printhead, removed and  reinstalled the printhead, and removed all the ink cartridges and reinstalled them.  I have downloaded the HP Print & Scan Doctor 5.3 and followed everything I found on the HP website and NOTHING WORKS. Help!!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printhead Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Not only do I have the same problem, I just spent $180 for a new Printhead, and it still doesn't work!

I understand your concern, here it could be a printer hardware failure and hence the printhead replacement did not fix the issue.
