I just bought a new, out of the box, HP Envy Photo 7830 (Belgium).
There are two issues:
- when I consult the page of the printer, I see that only 10 months remain as a warranty.
- CRITICAL : the setup cartridges are not included in the box. Hence, I am stuck in the setup process, even when I insert original HP 303 XL cartridges.
I urgently need help as i need to print quite a lot tomorrow.

Step 2. Sign in / sign in as a guest
Step 3. Enter the product number or select to auto detect
Step 4. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 5. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
