Product: Deskjet 2652
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I am having trouble printing as my screen (monitor) colour and my print colour are way off. I have tried printing as a JPG and PNG file, and neither has worked. I have cleaned my cartilages and they are not expired. I have tried setting my colour to Coated GRACol 2006 and that did not help either. I am at a loss here.

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • Is this an issue while printing from one particular application or all applications?
  • What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
  • Could you share the samples for further assistance?
