I have checked for paper Jams nothing, cleaned the little rollers in the back and I still can not get the paper to feed to print I keep getting the message to load paper

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Out of Paper' Displays, Printer Does Not Pick Paper and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
