Right click on C Drive, select Properties, select Tools, click Check under Error Reporting

Next check the Windows system files, sfc /scannow from a command prompt

Device Manager=>Properties=>events reports: Device USBPRINT\HPDeskJet_2130_series\7&d7eab85&0&USB001 requires further installation.

Yes I downloaded  the whole pack installed it but even with the HP printer assistant cannot print a test page.
