Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I've replaced the cartridges, they're original Hp Cartridges have been installed properly but still the printer is printing blank pages. I've cleared the printhead 5 times too. I've installed drivers too and Hp scan and doctor and still its printing blank pages!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Are you trying to print in black or color?
  • Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try to print/copy to identify the defective ink cartridge.
  • Were the old ink cartridges working fine?

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue.
