Hello, can someone please help with an issue I am having with my printer - HP Envy 4524. I was off on maternity leave for 10 months and during this time we did not use the printed much. I am now back at work and have found that the printed no longer works. It keeps coming up with the following error message:
Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge.
I have spoken to HP customer service twice and they have sent me out a new black cartridge on two occasions however I have installed these and the same message still comes up.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
