My HP Envy 5540 has stopped working. It is displaying error code OXB30394C9. Can anyone pleasehelp ?

Hi,

 

Shutdown the printer. Remove the power cable from back of the printer. Wait for 30 seconds and turn on the printer.

 

It will clear the printer settings and you should be able to use the printer without any issues.

 

 

If issue persist, you may need to contact hp support
