HP Office Jet 4630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our printer constantly turns off. In order to get it to work, I need to unplug and plug back in and it works fine. I have performed all of the updates and  restored the printer to the default settings. We recently moved and everything was working fine until we set it up in the new house.

@Allen26

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try connecting it to a different wall outlet directly.

Also, try the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-4630-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5305049/document/...

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
