Officejet 4500 Desktop Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My Officejet 4500 Desktop printer has stopped printing envelopes. It prints letter size paper with no problem, but it won't print envelopes, and previously it printed envelopes just fine. I take a 4 1/2 x 9 1/2 size envelope and load the 4 1/2 end into the paper tray. When I press print on my Word app the envelope moves a few inches into the printer then just stops. After a few seconds the paper jam message comes on. I have opened the front and the back of the printer, and I do not see any paper anywhere. Is there any way that I can fix this?

Thank you
