My printer is printing all colors really well except black. I tried cleaning the printhead several times and there was no black printed the first few times and then when it did print, it was very little and poor quality. 

I contacted the virtual chat line and that didn't help either. I don't know what to do now.

Mt warranty expired about a year ago but it just started doing this. It did sit being unused for a few months while moving, but not a super long time.

To resolve the problem, May I request you to run through the steps provided in the link below:

Photosmart 6520 Printers - Black Ink Not Printing 

 

In reading your notes, I see that you have not used your printer for a long time. Ideally InkJet Printers need to be run once in a while. Use your printer every few days or at least once a week to keep the print-heads moist with fresh ink. The longer they sit unused, the more likely the ink left on the heads will dry and cause a clog.
