My printer has new ink cartridge but still does not print. I have successfully cleaned the cartridge twice, it still does not help.

Are you able to copy? If you insert your ink cartridge, are you able to print something? Do you get any error message?
Let's align the cartridge:
Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
Swipe up on the display, then touch Align Printer.
An alignment page prints.
