When I try to print images from the internet it is only printing selections from the image, and never any color.  I tried copying and pasting the image in Microsoft Word and print that way, and still get the same result.  My ink heads are clean and print regular Word documents perfectly fine, it just seems to be images/graphics from the internet.  I also checked my ink levels and they are fine.  I basically have done all the simple troubleshooting suggestions and nothing has worked.  It does the same thing regardless if I use my iMac or my PC with Windows 10.  I don't see any error messages pop up on the printer either when I print.  I am attaching a picture of what it looks like. IMG_20190912_105622.jpg

@Diane37, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try making a standalone Color copy of a picture/image and check if that prints fine.

Try using a different browser like Google chrome/firefox and check if the issue persists.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.
