My OfficeJet 6958 is quite new. The second time I replaced the black ink, it will not print black.

My HP OfficeJet 6958 is quite new. The second time I replaced the black ink, it will not print black. The new ink cartridge came out of an HP two-pack. The first one I used from that pack worked fine. The printer shows a full black cartridge. Alignment does not print black. Can anyone come to my rescue?

Did you try cleaning the printhead?
