Which Operating system is installed on your computer?
Try making a standalone color copy and check if it works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware issue or a driver issue.
Check the estimated ink levels
On the printer control panel, touch the Ink icon to display the current estimated ink levels.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
