What exactly seems to be an issue with the printer? Are you having issues while printing or while making a copy from the printer?

Have you subscribed to Instant ink program? If so, why do you want to cancel the subscription.

 

If you still wish to cancel the subscription, you may follow the steps suggested in this support document - HP Instant Ink - Cancelling Your HP Instant Ink Service
