My black ink cartridge was not printing even tho I did not get a message about low cartridge..

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

Printer is HP Smartjet Pro 6978. Because black ink cartridge was not printing I put in new cartridge but it did not print. How do I tell if printer head is stopped  up and how do I fix it?

The Printer name that you've provided us with is incorrect. Please help us with the correct Printer name and number.
